All of us have some irrationalities (excuse the poetic license please), yes every one of us is irrational in our own way (there is really no hope for humanity!). These irrationalities manifest themselves in their own way and in their own time.
The only thing then that gives humanity some hope is the fact that each one of us can be thankful that we have some people in our life that love us despite the irrationalities and handle us when we are having them, and do so with beauty and grace...
